Vacancy Rate: average of less than 1% of our properties are vacant
Arrears: average of 2% tenants in rent arrears – the industry average is between 4% and 5%
Expired Leases: an average of 15%-16%% of our tenancy agreements have expired, well below the industry benchmark of 25%
Maintenance: time frame that maintenance is reported to owners and completed is well beyond industry benchmarks.
